Job application training with language support

The participants are supported in formulating their professional goals and analyze their personal current state together with the coach. The aim is to find answers to questions such as “What do I want?” or “Why haven’t I been successful so far?”
The measure is aimed specifically at people with reading and spelling difficulties as well as language deficits. You will be individually prepared for telephone interviews, job interviews and assessment centres. Through individual support, the very personal problems of the participants can be taken into account in a targeted manner.

The measure comprises various modules:

1. Introduction: individual target acquisition and first steps

2. Career-oriented language and writing training

3. Job hunting

4. Strengths and weaknesses analysis

5. Create application documents

6. Preparation and conduct of job interviews

The measure can be completed flexibly in part-time units in order to meet the individual time needs of the participants.

• employable persons with special care requirements, such as reading, writing and language difficulties
• Job seekers with a migration background who need individual help in the application process in order to integrate into the 1st labour market.
• Long-term unemployed with a migration background who need individual help in the application process in order to integrate into the 1st labour market.
• for participants with a migration background: proof of German language skills
  at least level A2/B1, at least secondary school leaving certificate
• Costs covered by the Employment Agency or Job Centre, self-payers

The aim is to create correct and individual application documents that will help the
meet participant specifications and reflect their personalities appropriately.
Participants receive a certificate at the end of the course.
