LOESERnet.com GmbH has been active as an educational company in Saxony for many years. Our focus is on language courses, training and further education as well as measures for activation and integration into the labour market.

LOESERnet.com GmbH would like to give participants the opportunity to train and further their education individually and according to their talents. In this way, they strengthen their position on the labour market and in society. Our language courses help you to communicate confidently in your professional life and with business partners at home and abroad – as well as in your free time, when travelling and when getting to know new cultures.

We offer measures for activation and integration into the work process. The aim is to show new career prospects and to support placement in work or training. The satisfaction of our participants is our focus - which is why our offers are regularly reviewed and constantly improved.

About us

Our history

LOESERnet.com GmbH is now a recognized language school in East Saxony as well as a specialist in qualification, application management and labor market integration. These were our milestones on the way there:

2003

Founding LOESERnet.com GMBH

2005

Start of economic activity

Economic activity began in 2005. The first language courses were offered in Freital. In the years that followed, LOESERnet.com GmbH developed into a recognized and valued educational institution in the East Saxony region.
2009

Assumption of responsibility for job-related language support in East Saxony

An important decision was made in 2009: LOESERnet.com GmbH takes over responsibility for the implementation of the BAMF's job-related language support for migrants and refugees in East Saxony and realises 151 courses with a total of over 2300 participants in 6 years. In connection with the implementation of job-related language training, the activities were significantly expanded in 2011. Training centres in Görlitz, Hoyerswerda, Kamenz, and Meißen, among others, were added.
2014 / 2015

Focus on activation and mediation

Parallel to the development of LOESERnet.com GmbH as a language course provider, the activation and placement of unemployed and jobseekers became a significant focus of work in 2014 and 2015. This focus has been and is being continuously expanded. Whether it's application management, the "Compact" measure or various individual measures – the high number of placements in work or training stands for the success of our work.

Relocation from Freital to Bautzen

2017

Opening of the training facility in Dresden

In 2017, we expanded our offer in Dresden. Here we opened a new training facility.
2019

Dresden location moves

Since the offer was very well received in Dresden, we had to move into larger premises in December 2019. Our training rooms were initially located in the commercial center in Dresden, Paradiesstraße 42. Later, we moved to premises on Friedrichstraße and since December 2019 we have been using the new school, workshop and office space in the "LÖBTOWER" on Mohorner Str.13. The working conditions there are excellent. Our employees and participants from the projects and measures appreciate this very much.
July 2021

New parent company

Since July 2021, the company dispo Tf Education GmbH from Berlin has been the new parent company of LOESERnet.com GmbH and thus the new owner. The aim was to expand our business areas in the long term and to maintain or optimize quality standards. This will not affect the current business in any way, as the aforementioned focal points will continue to be the focus in the future.
September 2022

Change of parent company

Change of our parent company from dispo-TF Holding GmbH to divo Group GmbH. The owner Mr. Dirk Vogel will remain with us.
November 2022

Appointment of another managing director

Appointment of another managing director for LOESERnet.com GmbH. Mr. Michael Hanke is promoted from authorized signatory to managing director
March 2023

Retirement: Dr. Günter Hanke

From now on, the business of LOESER will be managed solely by Mr. Michael Hanke as managing director. Our long-standing managing director Dr. Günter Hanke is going into his well-deserved retirement and we wish him all the best
September 2023

Founding of the subsidiary JuKi GmbH

The company LOESERnet.com GmbH establishes the subsidiary JuKi GmbH together with the company E.H.S.A. - Eingliederungshilfe Sachsen-Anhalt. JuKi GmbH is a provider of child and youth welfare and opens its first inpatient child and youth facility in the district of Bautzen for 2 residential groups in 10/2023.
October 2024

Moving in Dresden

LOESER is moving with its location in Dresden. New business and training premises are now located at Mohorner Str. 19a in Dresden. The move gives us more opportunities and a much better quality in the implementation of our offers in larger and technically very valuable training rooms
January 2025

Moving in Hoyerswerda

LOESER moves from its location in Hoyerswerda to Lieselotte-Herrmann-Str. 84.
October 2025

Expansion of the Hoyerswerda site

Takeover of the shared accommodation as operator in Hoyerswerda, Thomas-Müntzer-Str. 25. The location in Hoyerswerda is being significantly expanded. In addition to operating a shelter for refugees and expanding the range of language courses, the focus will be on activating and placing disadvantaged people in the labour market.
