The “KOMPAKT” measure is a measure according to §45 SGB III and §16 (1) SGB II in conjunction with §45 SGB III. KOMPAKT stands for “Competent Activation of Participants”.

Measure KOMPAKT (on behalf of the Employment Agency)
The aim of the measure is to introduce the participants to the employment market and to integrate them into it.
The measure covers a combination of the following areas:
- Introduction to the training and labour market
- Identifying, reducing or removing barriers to placement
- Placement in employment subject to insurance
- Stabilization of employment intake
Participants can be:
- Jobseekers
- jobseekers at risk of unemployment
- Migrants, refugees, foreigners
