Job-oriented individual coaching for the preparation of application documents

• 9th module: Introduction to the Internet portals of the Federal Employment Agency

Eligible for the course are employable participants in training measures of the employment agency or job centres with special support requirements, who stand out for example by a prominent position due to a special career CV or have characteristics that cannot be supervised in a group with good prospects. However, applicants with a personal interest in this special counselling service, who have realised that they can greatly increase their chances of placement by responding individually to their private circumstances and personality, are also eligible for this measure.

The aim of the course is to prepare for labour market integration. The focus is on deepening professional knowledge in connection with the necessary language qualifications. Furthermore, it is important to support the participants in the basic articulation of their own job goals: “What do I want? / What suits me?” and accompany them in the analysis of their personal situation and the search for answers to the question “Why have I not been successful in my job or job search so far?”
