The aim is neutral conflict and crisis intervention by experienced consultants with an eye for the essentials and feasible. Typical occasions are changes of ownership or managing director, restructuring, technological changes or personal stress situations of employees. The consultation includes an on-site assessment of the current situation, root cause analysis, definition of the target state, joint solutions and support until the implementation of agreed measures. Consultations take place at all relevant levels – individually or in small groups.

The consulting service is planned with a scope of 40 units. It must be completed under individual assignment in order to ensure flexibility, especially with regard to the availability and scheduling concerns of the institution and participants. The teaching methodology is based on the principles of adult qualification and the specifics of the participants. Knowledge transfer in frontal teaching, the use of language videos, role plays and one-on-one conversations are preferred. We support the independent and goal-oriented work of the participants, offer a contact person at any time (even for self-study) and use the discussions to discuss the work results and analyzed content.

We offer this service at a price of €614.36 per participant.

Initial contact for a basic understanding of the task – getting to know the partners:

  • Which institution/company/organization is affected (legal form, size, industry, structure, way of working, external image, ...)?
  • What kind of problem exists in the organization to be advised?
